These terms apply to your use of julianamarcs.co and to any purchase you make from it. The website is operated by Juliana Marcs Pty Ltd (ABN 26 814 853 192, ACN 690 546 582) of 133 Rowntree Street, Birchgrove NSW 2041 ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly. We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error. If we do, we will refund any payment in full.

Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping and returns
Our Shipping Policy covers delivery and our Refund Policy covers returns. Both form part of these terms.

Gift cards and vouchers
Gift cards and vouchers can be used as described at the time of purchase and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Salon bookings
Salon appointments are booked through our online booking system and are subject to the booking terms shown there.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products.

Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Juliana Marcs or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission.

Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
