Shipping policy

This policy covers orders placed on our online store at julianamarcs.co.

Processing
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery within Australia
Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days of dispatch. Regional and remote areas can take longer, and carrier delays outside our control can affect delivery times.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Any free shipping offer will be shown in your cart and at checkout.

International orders
Where international shipping is available, the options and costs will be shown at checkout. International orders can take up to 14 business days. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Click and collect
Where offered at checkout, you can collect your order from the salon at 133 Rowntree Street, Birchgrove NSW 2041. We will email you when it is ready to collect.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@julianamarcs.co and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
